    This is the second time I have ordered delivery from Arby's and did not receive my au jus for my french dip sandwich. I called and the male who answered, didn't tell me a name, just that it was my door dashers fault. Nothing to help me fix the problem. Basically told my it wasn't their problem. Who want to eat a French dip without the damn dip??

    Shitty food, was cold when got it and tasted like old grease. Kids there didn’t take pride in the food. Sliders smashed and not cooked right. Never going back

    Ordered through the drive thur wanted a #3 French dip and a #6 chicken sandwich. Got home and we got the chicken but instead of a French dip we got a fish sandwich. And when I called no answer. 15 miles away it’s not like I can just turn around and go back
