  I sat at drive-through for 8min and when she can she was mad, she said, " This is only for phone orders she took my order them though my card in my car, then took her headphones off and just stared at me. They are the rudest people I`ve ever come across

  Ordered an hour and a half before close and they didn't have any tea whatsoever, requested the burger I had ordered had no onions and they put a ton on there, and the lady at the window was very rude.

  The Brush McDonald's ALWAYS FORGETS items or DOESN'T pay ATTENTION to customer request to put stuff on or take stuff off. If they forget something they expect you to bring entire bag back as if you are lying. Look how they make a sandwich! Then rather then pay attention to customers they are messing around and talking. This particular incident was on 03/02/2026 around 6:00 pm. But there are many times I have complained.

  Llegué a compra hamburguesa y papas para mis niños ? Y estaba haciendo mucho aire , no le entendía a la señora , me dijo que pasara a a la ventanilla y cuando lo hice se portó lo más grosera que pudo , me torcía los ojos y me dijo muchas cosas estaba molesta por qué no le entendía , esa señora habla español Y trae los ojos muy pintados de negro , si va a a trabajar en un lugar así con esa cara y ese modo pues que no esté hay si no le gusta su trabajo, al fin me vine , le dije olvídalo.y me dijo okey burlándose
