  I went to this Wendy's and the person that took my order the young man was extremely disrespectful. Rude. He called me stupid to my face, yelled at me and cussed at me. Then the manager proceeded to yell at me and talk disrespectfully to me and said we do it. How we want. Not how you want and we're not ready to serve lunch yet so I'll have to wait. And then I got my food and I have hard buns like they have been left out and they're stale all in all the most unprofessional disrespectful visit I have ever had to a single restaurant. This is not how you treat your customers. I don't care how bad of a day you're having. You leave your personal issues at home and you come to work and you be professional and they were 100% unprofessional. I have been a manager of multiple fast food restaurants. I have close to 15 years worth of management experience, managing seven restaurants at a time. I was a chef and I have close to 25 years worth of customer service experience and these people were the most disrespectful experience I've ever had in my life and I work at a concert venue and I see 10,000 drunk high people everyday and not even they are as disrespectful as the people at this Wendy's were to me just now. I think the upper management should come in and do a training on how to treat your customers and how to do business the correct way because these people obviously were not trained correctly by the current manager and they need a refresh course on how to use customer service skills cuz you don't cuss belittle or talk down to people or raise your voice to your customers. I talked to them in a quiet, calm collective voice and they were disrespectful, rude and verbally aggressive towards me. I give this a 0 out of zero Stars. I am so disappointed in the customer service at this Wendy's

  Food wasn't correct also the lady at the drive up window was rude at 151pm March 12th Also i only have tap so pleas3 get a reader so the rude lady dont take my phone I ne and disappear for 30 seconds with it I dont trust th a t at all

  The guy working the window complimented my hoodie, then gave me the best burger. I've had fast food in like forever, then they accommodated my extra extra mustard request. When I move to the apartments next door I will be coming here all the time 10/10
