I came over here on the Friday about 11:00 pm. I ordered three junior bacon cheeseburgers none of them had bacon in it! I'm extremely disappointed, and will not be returning! My suggestion is, get better staff that actually care about their job!

My burger and fries were good,.tasted fresh. Just a 6 min walk from the auto shop,.picked it over other selections on the street. they were friendly, extremely helpful. Bathroom was clean. The dining room was clean. ... Their mop solution needs to be changed as it gives the place a funky odor.
A review comment on someone who mentioned a health code violation for not wearing gloves packing the food...it's fast food. You weren't thinking about your health concerns going in. I promise.

I ordered a Biggie Bag with a cheeseburger but did not receive fries or nuggets. I didnt want to drive back to Wendy's when I noticed the error.

I ordered 10 nuggets with baconator fries and was told to pull forward as they were making fresh fries, no problem at all. Ten minutes go by and still nothing but multiple cars have already left with their orders. They finally bring out my food about 15 minutes after ordering, I was a little annoyed but I understand things get backed up so I wasn’t upset. However when I got home and went to eat my food, the nuggets were cold and my baconator fries looked like a drawing made up by a five year old. Not usually a problem but I waited like a total of 25 minutes and frankly that’s too much time to spend sitting in a Wendy’s drive thru if you ask me. I added some photos cause proof or it didn’t happen yk. ( couldn’t take a picture of the nuggets cause iPhones don’t give you temperatures)

Wow I can’t believe how absolutely wrong my order came out tonight. I came home from working a long shift and was absolutely starving and knew that cooking at home wouldn’t do justice.
Anyhow I ordered two biggie bags with junior bacon cheeseburgers, spicy nuggets and what I got was two double cheeseburgers and regular nuggets! I also asked for ghost pepper sauce and bbq sauce and instead got scorching hot sauce. On top of everything they also had me wait 8 mins just to get the order.
I usually don’t get mad or feel like j have to review just for the wrong entree provided but this really ticked me off cuz it was around 11:30 pm and I know they were getting ready to close soon but there were several customers after me so I knew they weren’t closing.
Got home and just noticed the wrong entree provided and don’t even see a receipt for me to do that survey on them.
How can you get double cheeseburgers from me saying “Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers”
Idk maybe it’s just been such a long day for me today but I was extremely disappointed and kind of will not buy Wendy’s for a long time due to this.
