  Having to rush a family member to the ER due to the onions added to a burrito we ordered , when specifically asked for no onions .

  Please for everyone’s safety stay away from this place!!!. The workers don’t care how they treat there customers and how they present the food and drinks . I asked them to please to give me the correct items and please fill the drinks properly cause the employee kept giving me half filled drinks . All I asked was for my drinks to be filled properly and a nasty employee was n there started saying in Spanish that I’m not making it easy . Well then give me what I ordered . I asked nicely can you please remake my freeze cause I had waited so long that it was melted already . They decided to just close the window like I didn’t exist and expected me to just leave like Im nonexistent . They decided to refill it cause I’m not leaving without what I paid for otherwise that’s considered stealing . You want to know what Taco Bell management did ?! They decided to call the police and file a police report even though I was long gone from the location . They went out of there way to file a trespass notice cause they didn’t want to do there job and give basic customer service. I’m sincerely telling everybody to please stay away from this location cause the employees are dangerous and manipulative .

  These people are professionals at ignoring people. It’s like they get paid by the minute for it. I’m getting zero tips if I have to pick up at this place.

  Awful, awful customer service. Went there one time late at night, because let's be honest, that's when Taco Bell is best. Asked for a taco party pack, the most basic item on the menu. The workers refused to make it or anything else. Lazy. Went early in the morning, loved their toasted burritos when I had it at other locations. Was told, "we don't have that" for all types. This was 6 minutes after they opened so there is no way they ran out. Lazy and incompetent. Choose any other fast food location and do not give this place your money. If you're the owner, fire your workers.

  Ordered online though the app and by the time I got there and gave them my name it was already to go and I was able to pick it up in minutes, the staff was super friendl and everyone looked like they were having a good time.
