Seemed like a rough night. That’s fine, I understand and am being polite. Then the manager comes to my window and says my mobile order wasn’t rung up. She starts asking what I ordered, then I started speaking and she immediately asks me another question and is snappy with me. I don’t know what was going on, but it seems like a failure of leadership.
