I’m not a huge Wendy’s guy but considering the local McDonald’s is famously one of the worst McDonald’s ever, I tend to come here a lot. They handle dietary restrictions very professionally. One bummer is I’ll get off work and crave some fries, and I’m diabetic so it’s rare for me to let myself enjoy fries, and they are cold the moment I took the bag. Just a bummer cause I just wasted my money on a rare treat and their fries are great when they aren’t sitting for hours and get a too-short reheat. Considering how easy and fast it is to make fast food fries, this brings the review from 5 stars to 3. Hope next time I get fries they are the good Wendy’s fries like the past, but probably won’t let myself have fries for a few months again.

The reason for the low score is because the guy taking orders and also serving myself and others was not wearing gloves. I suggested to him that he should probably be wearing gloves if he's serving customers as well as taking orders. He compromised with me to put gloves on for my order "only". He then removed his gloves and proceeded to serve other customers. Isn't this a health violation?
