Wow I can’t believe how absolutely wrong my order came out tonight. I came home from working a long shift and was absolutely starving and knew that cooking at home wouldn’t do justice.
Anyhow I ordered two biggie bags with junior bacon cheeseburgers, spicy nuggets and what I got was two double cheeseburgers and regular nuggets! I also asked for ghost pepper sauce and bbq sauce and instead got scorching hot sauce. On top of everything they also had me wait 8 mins just to get the order.
I usually don’t get mad or feel like j have to review just for the wrong entree provided but this really ticked me off cuz it was around 11:30 pm and I know they were getting ready to close soon but there were several customers after me so I knew they weren’t closing.
Got home and just noticed the wrong entree provided and don’t even see a receipt for me to do that survey on them.
How can you get double cheeseburgers from me saying “Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers”
Idk maybe it’s just been such a long day for me today but I was extremely disappointed and kind of will not buy Wendy’s for a long time due to this.

Good experience. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh and tasty.
Only downside: they’ve stopped serving breakfast at this location, and there were no self-order kiosks available. Overall, a solid 4-star visit.

Kicked everybody out early after saying we had time to eat. Wouldn't have ordered if they're wasn't time to eat. Was refunded but overall the staff are just way too stressed about putting fries in the bag.

super cool to pay for extra cookies in a frosty and get home to realize not only is there not extra, but there’s not a single cookie to be found in it at all! :) love that for me
