    This is the second time I pulled up to the drive through and asked for the new Franks soft tacos and received a "we don't have this anymore" answer. I asked what that means and received an answer of the fact that they don't have the crispy chicken at all and they don't offer that menu item anymore. Strange considering it is still on your website and digital menu!

    these people are incredibly rude. and make it absolutely horrible to even be near this location. id genuinely rather pick scraps off of the ground than ever go here again. they need to realize this is their job and they are paid to be nice, and provide food for people, rather than be extremely unpleasant and substandard. im extremely unsatisfied with these people and will NOT!! be returning unless these issues are addressed and fixed. this is sad and pathetic.
