Order a mexi pizza with extra red sauce and sour cream, this was repeated back to me. Got home, no extra sauce and no sour cream. Called to notify...shocker, no answer. Simple instructions....cant even be followed. Won't go back.

I'll write a review of your Taco Bell experience for you! Taco Bell Visit - Mixed Feelings About the Classics Stopped by Taco Bell recently and ordered a trio of tacos: the Cantina Chicken Taco, a Crunchy Taco, and a Soft Taco. Here's how it went. The Cantina Chicken Taco was definitely the star of the show. The grilled chicken had decent flavor and the slow-roasted chicken was a step up from the standard seasoned beef. The pico de gallo added a fresh element that you don't always get at Taco Bell, and the avocado ranch sauce gave it a creamy finish. It felt like Taco Bell's attempt at something slightly more upscale, and honestly, it worked pretty well. The Crunchy Taco was exactly what you'd expect - that classic hard shell that shatters on first bite, sending lettuce and cheese everywhere. The seasoned beef is the same reliable (if somewhat one-note) filling it's always been. Nothing revolutionary, but it hits the spot when you're craving that nostalgic Taco Bell taste. The Soft Taco was fine - basically the same filling as the crunchy version but in a flour tortilla. It's the safer choice if you don't want taco shrapnel all over your lap, but it's also the least exciting of the three. Overall, the Cantina Chicken Taco impressed me more than I expected, while the other two were solid but unremarkable. If you're going to Taco Bell, I'd say spring for the Cantina options - they're worth the extra dollar or so. Rating: 3.5/5

The two girls working tonight one with blue hair and the other a brunette are completely unprofessional and rude. The drive thru window was slammed in my face and then the two girls proceeded to talk crap about me right there as if I couldnt hear them. My order thrown in the bag and missing several items. I had to go inside to get this fixed once I was inside the girls had even worst behavior. More yelling and talking crap. They need to be re trained and learn how to treat people with decency. Also the mobile ordering needs to be reviewed. If I am mobile ordering I want my order ready for me when I arrive not parked and have to wait for them make it. The visit with your restaurant should have been a quick pick but instead took over 40 minutes and I was treated like crap on top that.

I can't believe that I was sitting at a "fast food" drive thru close to 30 minutes. Whom ever is manager needs to actually do their job and train their workers. Lisa the girl with the blue hair needs to get re trained that is if she ever was trained. As the person who takes orders you need to know how to multi task. Take orders, collect money and hand out drinks non stop. Reason it's called fast food.I know this as a previous fast food worker. And yes, I was the window girl. So I know how it works!!! Lisa literally takes a customers order, tells that car to pull up and then let's the next car sit and wait to place their order until after the previous order has been handed out. When it finally was my turn to order she couldn't even get my order correct. I literally had to repeat myself 4 times. She sure didn't like it when I took my time "looking" for my card and handing it to her. If she only knew how all the people in that line really felt!!! She really got offended when I asked her for my receipt. Yeah, I sure did ask for my receipt couldn't trust her with as many times as I had to repeat myself and correct her. And the cherry on the cake was that their workers don't know how to bag food correctly all my food was smashed. All these workers need to get re trained...period!!!
