  Would love to give them zero stars. I bought a salad only to get it home and find the salad was rotten. Not like a couple of wilted leaves. This was full blown rotten. Hope you can tell in the attached photo. I took it back for a refund and was told “corporate” had to approve a refund and it would take seven to ten days to do that. The manager told me they never would have sold me a salad like that. Tried to blame me for doing something to it. So much for customer service. EDIT: The owner and founder of the company called and made things right. She couldn’t apologize enough and I appreciate that she stepped up.

  Was told and given a neighbors discount on three separate occasions then when I actually ask for it am told that no that doesn't exist then oh its for hotel guest..... By a rather abrasive manager. Could have been nicer about that. Also was served under cooked cinnamon knots. They were literally raw in the middle. If you have issues with smoke eating here will be hard on you. Pizzas pretty good. To bad the way I was treated soured my feelings on this place. Do to raw food, and poor treatment for something that wasn't my fault. Train your employees better shame on you for making me feel bad for asking for something your employees told me to ask for three separate times! One star want better do better the raw food could make people sick.

  Angela was incredibly impressive, very professional, and overall completely knocked it out of the park!!! Like, seriously. Very solid pizza too.

  The website claimed they were open until 9 and we had placed our order around 8:20 pm 10/7. Without us realizing, our order was pushed until 11:15am the next day. When my wife went into the store they claimed that they closed early at 8:30pm and that they had no access to orders that were made online. The woman who "helped" my wife, and myself later on the phone, was very disrespectful and rude. She claimed to have no power and to contact the manager the next morning. I called the morning of 10/8 when she claimed the manager would be in and there was no answer for over an hour. I suspect it was the same woman that answered because she gave the same speech and now said that they couldn't give refunds and that I had to submit a refund request from an obscure email that she also didnt have access to. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I seriously recommend to the owner to reevaluate who you have on staff at night and to find a way to have customer ordering/refunds more transparent and easy for customers.
