I can’t make this up! After an extremely long day at work I ordered from here through Door Dash! When my food arrived the sandwich felt very light when I opened it had ZERO MEAT in it. I double checked my order and it did not say no Meat because I could’ve accidentally hit that so I call and the girl tells me well I don’t have an order based off your phone number. I explained to her I ordered it through my boyfriend‘s phone number and I could give that to her. She then told me she can’t look up orders with a phone number and she would pass the information along to the owner or manager and as of today I still have not heard back. For me I don’t write reviews because I work in the customer service industry, but this is extremely disappointing and dissatisfying. How do you make a simple sandwich order and not add the main ingredient?

It says online that you get a free sandwich after your first order of $5 or more but really they only give you 10 points per dollar you spend and it cost 1200 points for a sandwich so that is A LOT more than $5.

Freaky slow! Slowest Jimmy John's I think I have been to! Maybe 10 minutes and I think we were only ones in there. Not sure what happened but was unusually slow and they had 5 people. And then they messed an order. I am only doing a 2 star since the cashier was nice enough to comp my son a free day old bread.

I recently ordered a pickup order from this location and upon receiving my sandwich and taking a bite, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the bread while nice and fresh out of the oven, was very doughy in the middle. I called the location immediately, simply to make them aware so no other Customer had a similar experience only to have the manager on duty Mike, tell me that he didn’t think that would be the case and offered to refund my money or give me another sandwich. I guess this is what Customer service looks like these days.
