When we came in to pick it up they couldn't find it and the manager had say we placed the order wrong and they threw out the ticket with our order. When remaking it heard the manager say "why didn't they just get bagels at the grocery store". Very rude and disrespectful especially from the management!! Rest of the staff was very nice and helpful but the manager was just awful and needs to be fired!! Maybe if you don't want to sell bagels, don't work at a bagel store??? Order was placed 1/17/2026 to be picked up at 7:30am on 1/18/2026 for a bakers dozen bagels. Not sure who the manager was but I would reevaluate them as a manger of your store...
