- JCJ Ctoday1.0I don’t even know where to start. I got a large iced golden eagle extra sweet. I’ve been experimenting with these drinks, and unless I get an extra sweet, it just tastes like milk to me. I live over by an Arapahoe and commute to Broomfield for work and instead of going to seven brew which I prefer and taking more time I thought I would try Dutch Bros by my job. Even with the modifications, I mentioned earlier it just taste like straight coffee and I’m so disappointed and this is ruining my day. I also ordered a head and the girl said she didn’t get my order. I had to show her the screenshot and so she made it on the spot. Maybe that’s why it taste like straight coffee. I don’t know but this is why I don’t go to Dutch Bros.

Every time I come here the wait is consistently ridiculous especially for drive through coffee, with 4 baristas inside and another taking orders outside. Baristas have no sense of urgency, can be seen just standing around through the window while the drive through line has 10+ cars. Even with only 4 cars in the drive through it ends up being a 20-25 minute wait.

I visit two to three times a week and was really excited when it opened, and my experiences have been consistently positive. The staff here does a great job of being friendly and welcoming while still being efficient. They make conversation in a way that feels natural, not rushed or forced, and they keep things moving smoothly. Daniel recognized me today and mentioned my usual drink. He is always friendly and quick. There are also a few other baristas who have been outstanding, and I wish I knew all of their names because they absolutely deserve recognition as well. Overall, this is a warm, friendly location with a great team behind the counter.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
