When we finally got our pizza and went home, we called the store to share what happened. Instead of any kind of apology or accountability, the manager was dismissive, gave nothing but excuses, and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for good service, I’d avoid this location. Terrible customer care, no accountability, and definitely not worth the hassle.
