    The worst customer experience I’ve had at Domino’s on 120th an Sheridan. We placed an order online, showed up 30 minutes later, and they couldn’t find the order. After waiting, they eventually found it, but the staff was rude and snobby with us the whole time. While we were waiting, multiple other customers came in and were told the same thing — their orders couldn’t be found either. When we finally got our pizza and went home, we called the store to share what happened. Instead of any kind of apology or accountability, the manager was dismissive, gave nothing but excuses, and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for good service, I’d avoid this location. Terrible customer care, no accountability, and definitely not worth the hassle.

    Ordered for pickup at 12:45 and was ready at about 12:50. The two guys working there were swamped but tried very hard. Pizza was ok but I was surprised the large pizza wasn’t bigger. Ordered 6 and had to go back for two more because it wasn’t enough.

    "The number of slices doesn't make it a New Yorker pizza" -Domino's employee after trying to gaslight me that my soggy hand-tossed pizza cut into 8 slices is actually a New Yorker. Thanks bro
