- SGSilly GirlNov 24, 20251.0did online order for pickup, went to pick up, waited 10 minutes for the woman to come out and say that they were closed for an inspection. i asked if i could get a refund and she said no and walked away from me.

- PPPwildJan 26, 20241.0I was horrified when I only want to grab two large sandwich then the cashier was looking for the receipt after I told them I purchased two large sandwich, she asked me “where is the receipt” she didn’t give me any receipt, I logged into my account right away and showed her that i paid for it already and it’s deducted from my account. She still insisted where is my receipt. Then I asked for someone’s help who speaks Spanish to translate what I want her to understand, and she still keep saying where is my receipt. This is beyond rude and such embarrassment for me. Please kindly hire employees who can at least understand universal language. I can’t believe how your employees treated me today. It is really embarrassing and I’m literally almost cry.
- JBJosh BirdApr 16, 20194.0Employees did not seem friendly at all. Sandwich was worth it but the veggies could be much better, green peppers were all the little rind pieces, kind of ruined the sandwich. Meat was cooked very well though and the bread is amazing.

Seemed a little expensive for a meal (sandwich, drink, fries is like $10+) but I guess it is a mall food court. Would have been 4 stars if the grill and cooking tools were cleaner..if you are going to cook right in front of the customer that should be something you are working on all the time imo.
