  I went in yesterday and the staff wasn't very helpful. It seemed like my question about cakes annoyed them. I went to the one on 104th and Federal and had a much better experience!

  My kids’ ice cream melted right through the bottom of the cup when we got home. I could tell it was going to be a mess right away because the employee handed my daughter her ice cream in two other cups because the first one was already falling apart and had ice cream dripping everywhere.This place is nothing but a gross sticky mess every time I come here.

  Some of these other reviews are hating on the staff. I’ve only experienced great customer service and a good atmosphere in the store. I’d recommend everyone go here!

  Please get the chocolate ice cream maker fixed :(. It’s been out for a long time.
