Pizza was purchased online. When we arrived, business doors were locked. The (presumed) owner eventually opened the doors (at least 10 minutes later) and was apparently firing the employee who was supposed to be working. This employee was yelling at the owner and made us uncomfortable. Pizza was not even prepped after expected completion time. We had to leave, so asked for a refund in lieu of waiting for the owner to start making the pizza, as we were now late and had our toddler with us on top of it. I was going to let the situation slide because clearly bad times were being had, and we never even tasted the pizza, but the owner did not cancel the charge! We never received any service from this company, and vibes were very off. No apology from the owner or ex-employee or anything. The online business name also does not match the signs/menus. Strange experience, and now I have to deal with the credit card company. Do not recommend.

If you’re looking for a solid spot for real wood-fired pizza, Dagabi Fire Pizza really stands out. The pizzas have that authentic taste you only get from a proper wood-fired oven—crispy, smoky, and full of flavor. Everything comes out fresh and well made, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving.
Walter, the cook, is honestly one of the highlights of the place. Super kind, welcoming, and you can see he puts pride into every pizza he makes. The owner is also really friendly and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, like you’re actually appreciated as a customer, not just another order.
What makes it even better is the pricing—very reasonable and accessible for everyone. You don’t feel like you’re overpaying at all for the quality you get. Overall, it’s just a great spot if you want good pizza, good people, and a relaxed vibe.
Dagabi Wood Fired Pizza is one of those places we always enjoy coming back to. Walter, the cook, and the owner are incredibly kind and welcoming—they truly make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.
For our family, the cheese pizza is a favorite for the kids, and we personally love the Alfredo and Italian pizzas. Everything comes out with that amazing wood-fired flavor that makes every bite special.
Without a doubt, we feel like this is some of the best pizza in Denver. Simple, warm, and made with so much care—we always leave happy and already looking forward to the next time.

I really hope the best for this place. When I walked in, the cashier mentioned that one of his co-workers had walked out on him mid shift, and he ended up hiring his little brother on the spot just to keep things running. Despite all that, he was still really kind and respectful. I also didn’t realize there had been a company name and price change. I genuinely hope this place pulls through whatever they’re going through.
Food wasn’t bad. Still enjoyed my experience dining here. However, I wish the tap bar was open.

Really nice people. Sauce really needs work.
If they are not going to offer tap beer, they need to move the equipment. Signs actually still show old restaurant name " Smolin oak". I wish them luck. The area needs restaurants.
