    I accidentally ordered from there location on the Subway app and was unable to cancel it. I tried calling the location multiple times and only got a busy signal. Over an hour later a get a call from an out of state phone # asking if I was going to be picking up my sandwiches. I let her know I ordered by mistake and couldn't cancel. I told her I tried calling but got a busy signal. She told me there phone # hasn't worked in over a year! We'll see if I get refunded. Not holding my breath.

    Placed online order and was delivered by Door Dash. Then receive phone call from Subway that my order by Door Dash was delivered to wrong person. I stated I hadn't opened it yet. Was told can reorder & pay for delivery again or request refund from Door Dash. Sorry, not paying twice. I then looked at package and it had my name and order on receipt on outside of package with Subway sticker. I checked inside and it was someone elses order(nasty looking sandwiches). Based on evidence Subway attached receipt to wrong order and Door Dash delivered correctly to person on receipt. Requested refund at 100% as I paid and didn't receive sandwich product. Waited past 12 business for refund and Door Dash for Subway had to escalate issue making me wait another 5 business days......Wasn't Door Dash error, it was Subway error. Consumer fraud to pay for something and not receive. Adding insult to injury nto wait for another 5 days. We have government agencies for things like this and costs more in legal fees than to just issue 100% refund. Bad business practice and poor customer service to not hold yourself accountable and instead blame others for your mistake. Owner lacks integrity based on lack of actions.

    I love this location, atleast I used to. But recently they have just been doing not good. I went in just now and they absolutely did not care. Took over 7 minutes just for them to peek they're head around the corner and realize a customer was there. Even then the girl who made my sandwiches rushed them. I had to repeatedly ask for more on the sandwich or spread it out because she would put they tiniest amount of ingredients in the direct center of the sandwich. I feel like at this point I would've been easier for me to just go behind the counter and make it myself. Because even when I got home I have to rearrange my sandwich anyways.

    Today was not a good day for whoever was working. Complaining about her job how her bosses make her work at different locations and today she was supposed to be off blah blah blah. The owners obviously suck the food was meh. Got a meatball and barely any sauce just bread more than anything. I swear Subway needs to do better.
