  I hardly ever stop and get breakfast on my way to work. I was running a bit early and decided to stop and get McDonald’s. All I ordered was the bacon McGriddle meal. I messed up not checking my order when they handed it to me. Didn’t think I would have to. They screwed it up. Gave me a plain sausage McMuffin, no hash browns. I paid $11.70 for half the wrong meal. Isn’t that called stealing from the Customer? So disappointing.

  Horrible service every time we come here and the manager is extremely rude (gabby) sorry if you having a bad life don’t mean you should take it out on paying customers

  I had two separate orders that I made through the app. I went through the drive through and told them I had two separate orders. They found them and said just pull forward. I didn’t receive one of my orders so I had to go back. They acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I kept hearing the employee tell the manager that she gave me the bags and to ask if there were parts of my order in there. Mind you she nor the manager came to ask me. Once I was able to pull up the order on the app, they finally decided to make new ones. Then I kept getting stared at from the manager,I’m assuming she never came up to me, and the employee that originally gave me the bags for the first order. I finally got the other order and as I am leaving the bag rips open and the order falls on to the floor. I go up to the counter and ask for another bag showing that the bag was ripped and my order was on the floor. Again assuming it was the manager told the same employee to give me a bag and just told me to have a good night. Two employees WHILE ON THEIR BREAK were trying to help me and one said he will go get the manager. I just told him don’t worry about it since they didn’t even seem to care in the beginning.

  The order process was fast. We received our drinks and were asked to pull around in the waiting area. We waited for 10 minutes before we saw any staff and they brought out food to cars that arrived after us. We asked staff where our food was and were told they were working on it. We were only waiting for 2 hot and spicy meals. After waiting 20 minutes my wife finally went inside and asked to talk to the manager. No manager ever came to talk to her. After another 5 minutes she received the 2 meals. This is the second time they have asked us to pull up in the waiting area and have to wait an extended amount of time for our order. Neither one being a large or complicated order. They really need to work on their service. We won't be back to this store for some time. Faster to drive 5 more minutes to the next one. 25 minutes for 2 meals and a happy meal is too long!

  This McDonald's is getting horrible by the day. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered one meal with an orange juice and an extra sandwich with an extra hash brown and all of that came out to $17 because the boy taking our order wasn't paying attention to ANYTHING my husband was ordering and decided to add a coke for the drink and then add an EXTRA orange juice for $3.39. When we asked the girl in the window she went to tell her manager and her manager was behind her saying that we were complaining about .40 cents, manager wouldn't even come to the window to talk to us. She was just hiding behind the employee being rude and sarcastic. Even on any other day my husband will go in there and they'll take 10-20 minutes to hand him a SINGLE cheeseburger.
