  I’ve never been here and they didn’t mess up my order. This is my closest McDonald’s and I go out of my way not to go there. They do not train their teenage workers and just leave them to struggle and none of them know what to do.

  The service was great super nice people and it’s McDonald’s so food was ok in my opinion but would always have hot fries and a cold drink and have even been nice to me when they were closing over all I would give them a 4.5

  All of the employees have a good attitude, I mostly go there during night shifts and they seem really hard working, especially at maintaining the restaurant. It is really nice and clean, so you can tell they put a lot of effort into it.

  Went there to try their new arch burger and it was fabulous. I love my big macs but this new arch burger if it stays on the menu night be my new to go burger.

  I had the most shocking most disturbing experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s here in Brighton. I go almost everyday and get a small shake and a medium fry. Depending if my grandson has the toy I also get a toy with out a happy meal. Have never been denied an only a toy purchase and if I do I speak to a manager and explain my situation. My grandson is on the spectrum and has ARFID so I never buy the happy meal because he will not eat it only the fries. It’s sold to me W/O a HM. Today I was told that couldn’t happen so I explained to the employee that I come almost every And I’m sold one without buying a happy meal. So he calls a manager, and I explained to her She says I’m sorry I cannot sell you just a toy Specific toys they’re selling. So I was like great Can you please sell me the happy meal and only give me the medium fry and a small shake. Things like this have always been adjusted as long as it’s paid for. She did not want to Even after telling her, my grandson Won’t eat anything with the fries and I hate wasting food. The Managers name was Gabby! She told me it’s not my fault your kid is sick and if you don’t like it, you can leave the drive-through. I was in shock! And was like What!!! I couldn’t believe what she had just said for being a manager, and I wasn’t even being rude. So it is very disappointing that I received that response and more disappointed Younger generation of employees nowadays. Wait for this though! After driving off, I drove to the other McDonald’s on Bridge st. and the young man, there was so nice that he gave me the toy for free I am so grateful there are still nice people.
