  Tonight was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at this location. We placed our order and then sat there watching three separate groups who ordered after us get their food. On top of that, five more customers walked in after us and were served before we were. Meanwhile, I counted at least 10 cars fly through the drive-through and leave with their orders. My kids and I were left sitting there for over 30 minutes from 6:22 to 6:55 just waiting. Not once did anyone come over to apologize. Not once did anyone offer an explanation. No refund. No effort to make it right. I stood at the counter multiple times trying to get some kind of update, and still nothing. And honestly, not even a small gesture like offering a free cinnamon twist for the inconvenience. I actually worked at this location 15 years ago, and the manager back then ran a tight ship. She was respectful, organized, and made sure both the drive-through and dining room were handled efficiently and dining room customers were always treated as a priority. What I saw tonight was the complete opposite. This location seriously needs to step it up. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable.

  Walked into taco bell with my friends hoping to get some lunch just to be treated horribly by the staff and then continuing to get dirty looks and got my order wrong. Horrible service ruined taco bell for me.

  I ordered a large French fries and I got a medium, they looked reheated. My SOFT taco had a old hard shell. Awful service and rude servers.

  I’ve always loved a good taco, and Taco Bell never disappoints. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite after work or just craving something late at night, it always hits the spot. The tacos are fresh, flavorful, and packed just right — that perfect mix of seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, and shredded cheese wrapped in a crunchy shell. What I really appreciate is the consistency. No matter which location I go to, I know exactly what I’m getting. The menu has a great variety too, from classic crunchy tacos to burritos and specialty items, so there’s always something different to try. And you really can’t beat the value for the price. Fast service, good food, and that classic taco taste I keep coming back for. If you love tacos like I do, Taco Bell is always a solid choice. 🌮
