- LCLynn CDec 19, 20251.0Tonight at 6:20pm, while picking up my order, my husband was treated horribly by an older woman with curly gray hair. She yelled at him and spoke to him in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and someone who treats customers this way should not be working in customer service! I hope management sees this and addresses the situation accordingly. Because of this experience, my family will not be returning, and we will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere, as this behavior was entirely inappropriate. Also, I did call to speak to a manager & was hung up on multiple times.
