Then when I went to pay, Maile, rung me up and was very polite while I was trying to figure out my coupon. Overall, great Subway and I would choose this one over any other subway! I don’t know why Gayle doesn’t serve Black people (we watched her do it to multiple people) but it’s just a sandwich. She magically found manners when helping the white patrons. I wouldn’t send a dog to eat there if that’s the principles they stand on. Definitely reaching out to escalate. I asked for a refund, she gave me less than I paid back and then threw the remainder at me with “for what? 2 bucks???” as a response. I was livid and won’t be back. Actively encouraging anyone I know to pick literally any other store
