Went through the drive through today around 3:45 pm the drive through person was extremely rude she charged us full price for happy hour drinks. Forgot our tater tots. I drove to the front to let them
Know I didn’t get my tater tots and was told I had to go through the drive through again so I did. When I told the rude employee that she forgot to give me the tater tots she said ok she will get them for me. She took a very long time so I honked my horn cause she seem to be ignoring me. Her and a second employee blond hair started yelling at me telling me I didn’t need to honk my horn. I said you are taking too long to just give me an order of tater tots!

Absolution insane how rude this girl was. Saying "omg" every time I add something to my order is insane. They really need to get better people. This is why we don't go to this sonic anymore.

There is usually only one worker here but they bust their asses. I'm always so impressed because this is not the most well taken care of franchise - like you can tell the owners aren't around much, but the service the last several times we've been here has been great. We came here once and it was literally one person cooking and serving and they had no problems getting our food to us promptly.
Dear Sonic owner: pay your people more. They are busting their ass to make your business work and it shows.
