Attached is a picture of someone else's order they gave me today but imagine thinking that that is an appropriate bowl that had a full ingredient list.

She ordered multiple days in advance and when my husband went to pick up, nothing was even made. He finally got it, and came home. 1/2 a dozen preteens were starving and when I opened all the bags we were missing 1/2 the food that she ordered!!! My husband drove the 20 min back, and got the missing food. When he came back and I opened the $15 peppers and onions and there was so little in the container that maybe 2 people could have any. I feel like you don’t mess with teens and their food, but also, there was a lot of planning into this event and our daughter was really crushed by how things turned out. The service was not great, the communication was even worse. Please don’t order from here if you need something reliable for something like an important event.

The staff is expected to do way too much and everyone gets half effort service and rushed sloppy food. The tables and floors are dirty it’s a mess. The 2 working the line have so many to go orders there is 15+ people in line waiting to order in store and can’t because this location is so under staffed. Who ever manages this place really needs to help or allow more people to work. I would quit if I was the over worked under paid people getting there butts kicked here. Also please clean this restaurant is disguising. Out of a lot of items and how could they possibly stop to restock or cook? This location is a mess.

Lady simply said “it’s just the 3 of us here”. Line grew longer and longer and I just sat there running late for my event. Total joke of a place. Don’t book if your events on them providing food. I understand things happened, but making the customer aware would have been nice considering they had my order since Wednesday.
