  I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place. Maybe convenience but I’m done now. Lived in Brighton for a very long time and have ordered a lot from this Pizza Hut. The last few years the service has declined significantly. The food isn’t fresh and is usually cold by the time it gets delivered. I’m constantly missing items and the deliveries are always delayed 20-30 minutes. I understand they need to use door dash for their deliveries but the drivers are always constantly having to wait at the restaurant for late orders. When you order a large pizza and breadsticks and it’s $50-60 for a delivery and then it’s delayed and missing items, I’ll skip this restaurant from now on.

  Very clean dining area, bathrooms. Friendly customer service. Sara Cano was very nice and helpful with my order. Overall a great experience today.

  I have been a long time customer of Pizza Hut, but after this store, I will never eat at a Pizza Hut again. In my family it was a treat to get pizza and original pan was always the crust. When ordering a pan pizza the crust should not come out like a hand tossed pizza and should not be dry. The person at the front alleged they stopped making the pan pizza crust, yet I have had it at other pizza huts. By the time I went to get the order corrected the pizza given ended up flipping in the box when attempting to close it. Come to find out the box was not properly folded to close with ease. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and will throw this pizza and the hand tossed away. While I wa online with corporate I could hear them laughing about what happened in the back.

  I live in the area and this has always been my go-to pizza spot. I don’t know what the hell happened to it. I placed an order tonight from my member’s account directly on the Pizza Hut website. One medium pizza and breadsticks. It arrived from a Doordasher over an hour and a half later. We live five minutes away. Had I known that you had fired all your delivery people, I would have carried out or gone elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous to not disclose that your order will be delivered by dashers, and my address info wasn’t even given to them in full so I had to go out and find the guy. My order was also wrong, missing toppings that I paid extra for. If you have money to remodel the store, you have money to pay people to carry on your business model.

  We ate in (haven't eaten in at a pizza hut in a while) and it wasnt bad. The food was hot when we got it and the Pepsi was really good. Unfortunately the salad bar had no ice underneath the items and it was pretty sad. The kitchen is very good at ignoring people at the counter, but it's okay they were pretty busy. It was clean.
