When I pulled up, my app wasn’t working correctly, and the staff member was extremely short with me and flat-out said there was “nothing they could do” to help with the app. With a hungry toddler in tow, I parked, troubleshot the issue myself, and finally placed my order: a large and medium fry with a large Dr Pepper. About 10 minutes later despite no one else being in the drive-thru the fries came out cold, old, and barely half full. This experience made an already exhausting situation even harder. Poor service and poor food quality. 0/10. Do not recommend. Skip this location.
- DWDakota WestDec 13, 20251.0Obviously like anyone, I’ve been to MANY McDonalds. This is by FAR the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. They forget something almost every time I’ve been there. When you are inside the restaurant the “workers” do not possess customer service skills. I know the expectation here is that it’s fast food, but come on….at least try to work hard and have a bit of pride in what you do. This restaurant is obviously under extremely poor leadership and needs a makeover.
