  This McDonald's is getting horrible by the day. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered one meal with an orange juice and an extra sandwich with an extra hash brown and all of that came out to $17 because the boy taking our order wasn't paying attention to ANYTHING my husband was ordering and decided to add a coke for the drink and then add an EXTRA orange juice for $3.39. When we asked the girl in the window she went to tell her manager and her manager was behind her saying that we were complaining about .40 cents, manager wouldn't even come to the window to talk to us. She was just hiding behind the employee being rude and sarcastic. Even on any other day my husband will go in there and they'll take 10-20 minutes to hand him a SINGLE cheeseburger.

  Not just your average McDonald's. Raw burgers which is a huge issue. Dinner Rush here looks like a brand new In & Out. The City Of Brighton eating this like there's a zombie apocalypse, and this is there very last meal.

  The staff and the manager clearly do not care about customers at all. I paid extra for sauces, and they were completely missing from my order. No apology, no attempt to fix it. Even worse, the fries in my child’s （2）Happy Meal were cold. This is a kids’ meal — there is absolutely no excuse for serving cold fries to a child. This was not a busy rush time, yet the service was careless and unprofessional. If employees and management don’t care about accuracy or basic food quality, customers shouldn’t have to waste their money here.I will not be coming back. ！

  This McDonalds used to be pretty decent when they opened but its just plain bad now. Part of the issue is the design of the new restaurants. The employees, especially the managers, love to hide behind that wall. You could stand there for 30 mins if you didn't actually bend over the counter to flag someone down. They certainly don't train customer service anymore. Nuggets were cold, had to flag someone down to get new ones... 15 mins later. No nuggets. The manager knew nothing about it. Alas they were replaced a few mins later. Fries are cold now. Stay behind that wall of safety!

  We order online and didn’t get everything we ordered this isn’t the first time it has happened I would understand if it was the first time sense accidents happen but it’s not it seems like the workers do not care about what’s going out the drinks are flat the fry holders are half full the fries are soggy it seems like the managers are not doing there job keeping the McDonalds standard and the owners of this place are obviously ok with the brand being tainted if there even existent
