Ive orederd icecream from a McDonald's with breakfast before and know people who have as well. I mentioned the situation and the person interrupted me in the middle of my sentence. They said "No. We can not sell ice cream at this time. It is not possible. Come back after." I can understand if you cant sell something in the morning. But I feel like after me saying im putting my dog down at 10:30 and you say come back after. You really need a reality cheak. I know there might be things that you can't sell at times. But addresseing a situation as he did is unacceptable if its real or fake. Ive worked in fast food and McDonald's has always been a place I hate going to because of the hostile and unhappy staff. McDonald's fix something because you've lost mine and my enter family's business as well as anyone who reads this review or here's for me in Real life.

The Service through drive-thru is quick but inside Service you are always having lean over the check out and yell to to back to get someone. Seems there is never enough staff there and needs someone up front to help others wise very comfortable and clean great place to eat.

Initially, it appeared to be cloudy ice, but upon closer inspection, I discovered the dirty plastic floating on top. This experience was disgusting and unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s.
