- JHJessica Herrera4 days ago1.0My kids Hot chocolate was hotter than my latte & when asked to have it remade I’ve been told”it’s 100 temperature it’s fine” it was definitely to hot to drink and hold for my 5 year old daughter. The girl working there kept saying talking smack when we can hear her and didn’t offer to remake it. Poor customer service and drinks weren’t made properly.

Gal at the window was one of the first employees at this location with a decent attitude. Also never seem to get drink orders correct or fix their mistake.

- RBRachel BallardNov 7, 20251.0Brand new and already bad customer service. I stopped this afternoon and ordered a sparkling soda. It was literally no where near full. Missing probably at least 4 ounces of drink. What really made me mad is that when I told the gal "it's not full" she just said "oh since its got dairy it'll overflow if we fill it more..." zero effort to fix or add more liquid just stared at me like I was the idiot. Also note there is no dairy in this drink and the minor amount of foam that had been on top disappated within seconds. They totally could have topped it off. She just didn't want to take the time to fix it. They were not even that busy. Pic shows the soda exactly as I got it, I have not taken a single sip.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
