  If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. My husband tried to pick up our order, no one acknowledged him. We went to pick up some food at canes came back, Miles and another girl working didn’t acknowledge me either, I had to knock on the window because apparently no one saw me standing outside the window. When I asked for my order my drinks still weren’t ready. Miles was barely going to start making them. No cars in the drive through or parked outside by the way. I canceled my order and asked for my money back.

  Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your coffee. Slowest location on the planet. The workers must forget they are at work and be hanging out talking in there. I always order ahead and when I arrive the line is so long and I end up getting watery coffee because they don’t bring it out to my car even though I ordered it 15 minutes prior to arriving. I’m not sure why anyone comes here.

  I have been here twice now and the service has been lacking. I came on my lunch break and spent the whole break time in line when there were only 3 cars in line total. I pre ordered the second time and waited 20 mins before I came to the store to give them extra time, still stood there for another 10 minutes while they made our drinks after we told them we were there. They really need to improve their service at this location.

  Disappointed in the service and listening skills at this place. The music was loud. Which normally isn’t a problem but she obviously couldn’t hear me. Didn’t get the right order after repeating it multiple times, multiple times literally. Got to the window and asked again and still the wrong order. But I told them no worries it’s life. They need better management or better employees running this site. I have to find another shop somewhere that isn’t Dutch bros or Starbucks because apparently quality is down the drain at these places.

  Amazing service! Everyone here was so fast, friendly, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Krystal, Jose, Maddie, and Carli, they were incredibly nice, super efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers. I was in and out quickly and felt taken care of the entire time. Definitely coming back
