When we arrived there were no other customers in line, but only one employee was taking orders and preparing food. She was polite, apologetic for the wait, and did a great job with our order, and she was the only person actively working. Despite multiple employees being present, several were loudly laughing, yelling, and socializing at the front instead of helping customers or supporting the one person who was doing all the work. Because of that, our wait was much longer than it should have been, and a line formed behind us with other customers also waiting. While every restaurant has busy moments, the issue here was not workload, it was the clear lack of willingness from most of the staff to help or maintain a professional environment. I really appreciate the one employee who was working hard and providing good service. The rest of the team’s behavior created a very poor experience and definitely stood out. The food tasted good, but the rice was definitely undercooked.

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, guacamole, chicken, black beans, cheese, two salsa and lettuce. I received a bowl with rice, chicken lettuce and a TON of sour cream. If you want to order here, go in.
