  I came in with three young kids who were full of energy, so I know it wasn’t the easiest table to serve. But our waitress, Bre, absolutely knocked it out of the park. She gave the kids positive attention from the moment we sat down, offered drink and food suggestions that they actually loved, and found little ways to keep them engaged and calm. Her recommendations were spot on, the food was great, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into an unexpectedly wonderful evening. Thank you, Bre, for going above and beyond. You’re a true asset to Buffalo Wild Wings and we appreciate you more than you know.

  We were seated on Sunday at table 91 pretty quickly. But then were completely ignored for like 20 minutes, no acknowledgement waitresses walking by and nothing. So we walked out I don’t recommend this place on Sundays

  Got dinner here with my fiance, a friend and my brother. First it took our server Jayla (or something like that) 5 minutes to get to our table and ask about drinks. We ordered pretty quickly and after our food came out we saw our server once. We needed refills on our waters and even put them on the edge of the table hoping she'd see them and get us more... Never happened. It wasn't just that she was ignoring us per say she was just no where to be found. We couldn't even wave her down. Finally after being completely done with our food and drinks we continued to wait for about 20 minutes. We just wanted our checks at that point so we had to hunt down another server and ask her to go get ours. After another 10 minutes she came to the table got us refills but didn't take any of the empty trays in front of us that we had stacked neatly for her. She brought us the checks and then was gone for another 10 minutes so the server who we had talked to before so kindly ran our cards. To set the scene a little more: We came in and there were maybe 5 or 6 other tables in the dinning room, including a table of probably 12 but about halfway through our meal it was our table and two others and the large table. It was not busy enough to excuse this level of poor service. The sweet other server who helped us was helping the large table and bussed our trays when she went to find our server. You never expect great service from large restaurant chains but it's also ridicules to sit there for an hour and a half when you order your food almost right away and finish it within 30 minutes of being there.

  Don’t waste your time! Waited hours for our food to be ready for pick up. When we called for updates they gave us the generic answer of “we’re behind by 30 mins”. The second time I called to get an update they said our order was in the system and they would start making it now (1 hour after we were supposed to have it). I sat on hold waiting for a manager for 20 mins before we got a notification that our order was just cancelled. At that point I just hung up because it wasn’t even worth it to find out who cancelled our order.

  If I could give no stars I would . We walk in It's not overly crowded and there are empty tables. We stood at the front to be seated for longer than 5 minutes,, finally I Asked someone if it was seat yourself night and was told no that the person who greets you was on break so I asked for a manager and she walked to us with attitude and said what can I do I asked if it was seat yourself night and she said no I said we've been waiting for over 5 minutes to be seated then she "Laura" said with attitude that there was a football game on and they were extremely busy and needed to clean tables which was a lie. Most of the staff was standing around or walked by without acknowledgement. So we decided to leave. She then said we were getting ready to sit you but whatever, bye. WHAT!!!! Wow, now I know where not to go or recommend.
