- OHOnyx Hikari5 days ago3.0Stop there every time we head out of town and out of 3 times, the orfer has been wrong twice. It wouldn't be a huge deal if I wasn't lactose intolerant and they gave me the wrong coffee. As you head to Denver isnt the time to drink something that will hurt your tummy. They even confirmed at the window, but got the wrong thing. Love Dutch Bros but this location needs some more attention to detail. Twice wasted money on something I can't drink and dont have the time to wait to go back through. (The one time it was correct they forgot our muffins tops)

Nicole was pleasant taking my order and Madi and coworkers Ethan & Bobby delivered my Fav- Golden Eagle beverage!! Sable loved her whip cream milk bone!! I appreciate all of them!! - DCDanny ConnerApr 20, 20261.0Came through the drive through at 5am on 4/20 for the free merch drop, bought my regular large drink was not given the free merch even though my order qualified and there was plenty in sight instead I was greeted with Dutch Staff standing by the bar openly Cursing up an absolute storm very loudly. Very unprofessional and not how any employee should present themselves. None of the employees addressed the volume of the cursing or the fact that it was happening with customers in the window instead other employees were joining in on the conversation and also cursing.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
