Their chicken fingers are tiny, their forgot our sauce, and spilled my drink on me as they handed it through the window. Would not recommend.

I went through drive thru. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I clicked to open the app. Unfortunately it did not open in 1 sec. The guy on the speaker asked for the order. He was told, one moment, trying to decide. Now the app is open and I'm glancing through the rewards to decide which I qualify for. I only have two options, a bogo or a cone. So I decided to buy something and gain more points instead of using the reward, but just as I was about to place the order, he says do you need help deciding, ignoring the NO, yet he started to ramble off a list of what he thought were good choices. Because I found his rush approach to be so annoying, I quickly changed my mind and requested a cone with the intentions of using the points and not returning. So I pull up to the window I hand him the app to scan. His co- worker hands him the cone. He tries to grab the receipt while holding the cone. I am watching the cone and how his dirty, money handling finger is on my cone. He hands me the receipt and the cone. I tell him, he needs to be careful not to touch the cone or no one will be able to eat the cone. He just stares at me. I went on to explain, you must keep your fingers on the paper. He responds, "yes", as he nods his head; "I do". No, your finger was on the cone. With a sigh, he asked do you want me to make another one? Knowing he has been in a supper rush mode, (with one person eventually coming behind me), through all of this, I said no and decided to eat the ice cream and not the cone. When I said no, he gave me this annoyed look and grumbled. His attitude was; why you bothering me if you don't want me to make you another. Could it be possible I don't want anyone else to get a dirty ice cream either? It was that attitude that made it clear to me that he had not learned the lesson. He missed the entire reason for me saying something. He needs to be careful how he grabs it from his co-worker. He should be glad I am not his boss. I would have him stand there and do nothing but receive cones from co-workers and hand them off to another co-worker. If he has a problem with that; (more than likely he would), he can go home and not come back.

For the last two trips to DQ our orders have been disappointing, mainly the peanut buster parfait. I've always been a fan of the parfait, but DQ has downsized it to a point that its not worth the drive. The ice cream on top was minimal and I mean minimal looked like a child serving. The first trip I figured it was a trainee and they were learning, but the second trip (a month later) the ice cream on top was even smaller in serving then the last. That was my last trip I'd rather go to Safeway buy all the stuff and enjoy a true serving. DAIRY QUEEN,your loosing it.

Typically I love Dairy Queen and their franchises, but often times I go there to get a chicken strip basket just for the toast. But the last couple of times I have gotten one it was come with no toast, and the portions seem to have gotton smaller. I went in for my birthday to get an ice cream cake as well, and it was 37 dollars for a little one. I was very disappointed and it continued when I opened my basket and… you guessed it, no toast.
