Come on chick fil a you’re better than this. Train your peeps to keep the traffic moving

Took more than 10 minutes to get my order. Guy waiting in front of me said he was going on 15 minutes. Seemed like their only focus was drive through and DoorDash orders. I feel like service has really declined since new ownership.

- ACA CApr 11, 20265.0Love this location. Great food great service. This is the best location and most genuine location I have gone to in colorado. I just wish I lived closer to this location. Everything is handled with care and kept at the correct temp all of the other locations I have eaten at I noticed the sauces are not kept at the same temp as this location. I noticed the fries chicken etc are actually cooked fresh the other locations the chicken maybe fresh but the fries typically are not fresh anymore.

Super big chunk of chicken that is overdone on the outside, undercooked on the inside with grisly pieces. Same with the nuggets. I stopped at CFA in Lakewood last week and their sandwich was so delicious. I don't know why this one seems so different. The Mac and cheese though, soooo good!
