  I've been to this location a few times thinking it will get better, but our last experience was the tipping point I think. It was Saturday night and the Nuggets had a playoff game, so we expected it to be busy. Our server was decent, but this place seems to be mismanaged. I have experience in the food service industry, from being a dishwasher to a busser to a runner to a server, and something just doesn't flow well here. Every time we eat there the food is luke warm by the time it gets to the table. Last night, it took them an hour to get out our 5-year-old's meal kids meal, and if you have kids, it's not like they are a joy to be around when they are hungry. They also brought our appetizer out when we were almost done with our meals even though we asked them to bring it out first. The server checked on it multiple times, too. Plus, my order was wrong and they didn't bring out our other child's fries with their meal. Again, this isn't on the server because they read back our order when we placed it and it was correct. Lastly, we asked them to change at least one of the 50 televisions to TBS because there were two Stanley Cup games overlapping, and they never did. We just watched the other game on our phone at the table. I mean, it's a chain sports bar, that is not a big ask. I don't know if this place is understaffed or poorly managed or what, but it's not awesome.

  Service was amazing, Diana was super kind and respectful , but they ran out of ranch, like who runs out of ranch at a wings place?? Like bring your own ranch guys,just looking out for you homie. Also make sure you can open your Togo bag gang, sweaty hands helps a lot with that. Peace out homies P.S don’t run out of ranch next time. Or there will be consequences

  Pleasantly surprised...I got the Honey barbecue chicken salad... it was a good serving and delicious... waitress was fast and friendly

  I have NO IDEA why i keep coming back thinking the food and service will be better. This is the worst BWW I have ever been too out of over 10 locations I've ate at. They always screw the order up even though I order online. They continue to give us cold food.. how does that even happen for a scheduled pick up.. and then leave out half your order or give you someone elses... this is the 4th time ordering takeout in the last 6 months expecting different results...
