  My husband and I stopped here to grab lunch, and what we witnessed was almost comical except that it was really upsetting. We ordered our food (which took 20mins to get) and watched while 4 grown women kept throwing insults at each other and they all kept saying "I don't know what's going on". It seemed like none of them knew how to do their jobs, whoever staffs this Arby's really messed up. There was no communication between them, they were ignoring customers at the counter, and they were loudly complaining. The lady making sandwiches, who I think was the manager, was yelling in the back about how backed up she is and to not take any more orders until she caught up. When we finally got our food, the fries were soggy and they tasted like they were cooked in extremely dirty oil. I would put 0/5 stars if I could.

  I went to the drive through, there was one person ordering. They were helping one person at a time, they asked that person and me to pull ahead after ordering I presume to make it look like their drive thru times are low... It took me over 15 minutes to get my food. 15 minutes for a simple order and 1 other person with what appeared to be a regular sized order. Yet somehow my fries were still cold.

  4 for $10 was quote for $10.85 through drive through and cost me $14.02, after the cashier charged my gift card against an order for $32.73; when I had just placed the order not 30 seconds prior.
