  I got the sausage egg mcMuffin for breakfast today.. and made it half way through my sandwich and bit into something hard.. when I pull it out it was white and round and Rock shaped and hard as a rock… it made me so sick to my stomach… and tiring to get a hold of the place/ company it’s impossible to….

  Absolutely deplorable customer service. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The young Hispanic guy got my order wrong. I asked for a small fries and he didn’t add it to my order. When I asked for it and offered to pay he told me that I would have to go through the drive through again. Basically he was too lazy to help me. He didn’t apologize either. The food was old and the fries were burnt. I will never go here again.

  another customer went around me in the drive thru, watched them hand my food to the other customer, then take it back and hand it to me.

  Really poor experience with a mobile order. I felt like I was super not welcome, they handed me the wrong order after I gave my code. The manager was weirdly stand offish and rude. I did not have a nice time.

  I recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After placing my order, I approached the counter to ask a simple question about using the restroom. One of the employees appeared to avoid assisting me, turning away while engaged in conversation and eating behind the counter. I waited, but it seemed that helping customers was not a priority at that moment. Additionally, when I received my order, both burgers contained an excessive amount of diced onions, which I did not request. I had also specifically asked for no salt on the fries, but overall the order did not meet expectations. I understand that fast-paced environments can be challenging, but professionalism and basic customer service should always be maintained. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
