I like the low price point of the lunch menu, you only get a small portion but it came out quickly. I really liked the pad thai, it is not the very sweet and ketchupy style that some places serve. The noodles are nicely al dente and I could taste the tamarind. Spice level is pretty low. The lunch menu gives you a fried spring roll (not very good in my opinion) and a little cup of vegetable soup - this broth tasted good, but the carrots in it were hard, woody, tasteless, and the tofu was also not good. But I would like to go back here and try some other dishes to see how they are.
The food and service are very good. What made us happiest is that they have a separate menu just for vegans, and there are many options! Next time, we'll invite more friends to eat there.

we were huge fans of boulder fresh garden thai, and showed up not realizing that business had closed and was under new ownership. we were still excited to try this new restaurant. we ordered the appetizer sampler and drunken noodles. the appetizer sampler was fine (not remarkable), and the drunken noodles was almost inedible. the noodles were extremely chewy, the sauce was overwhelming sweet, and the tofu was bland.
unfortunately we will not be returning.
Their vegan, GF, deep fried Spring Rolls are fantastic. Their sticky rice is tasteless and comes hot in a plastic sandwich bag. Weird and overpriced. Their yellow curry base is pretty generic. The beef was overcooked and if I got the mixed veggies that I ordered for the curry, I couldn’t tell. Four large chunks of barely steamed carrots, a few pieces onion and that was about it.
This place is really good, the food was the best Thai food I’ve had in Colorado for years. I didn’t use sriracha, which is sort of unheard of. The drinks were extremely enjoyable as well, had to make myself slow down on the coconut Thai tea. And the staff are kind and attentive. Oh and it was a clean and spacious atmosphere. Super excited to go back and explore more of their menu.
