The kind of fries that make you forget you ever claimed to “eat healthy.” On my most recent trip, we ordered the fish and chips and the veggie burger, and both were phenomenal—crispy, flavorful, and clearly made by people who respect good comfort food. If you’re ever in Boulder and need a reliable spot for a top-notch meal, West End Tavern is the move.
