  I waited 50 minutes for my food when there was barely anybody there and NOBODY at the drive thru. Manager was a jerk and tried telling us that mobile pick ups weren’t a thing (??) and refused to give us our food when we had proof of purchase. Employees literally sit on their phones or vape the entire time. Not to mention it’s always absolutely disgusting in there. Every time I’ve come here, it’s always something. Pathetic bruh.

  Can never get the order right and they do not keep the food at safe temperature. It’s always old and room temperature.

  I thought this was "fast food," but we've been here for twenty minutes and still haven't gotten any food. At least it gave us time to write this review. The drink machine appears to be running low on syrup because all the drinks taste like water (although the lemonade is okay I guess, but that's only because nobody every drinks lemonade except for people like me who get stuck at taco Bells with no other drinks available). And the place is a complete mess. Even my teenage son is uncomfortable with how dirty it is, and you should see his room. There was a screaming baby to add to the misery, but that's not Taco Bell's fault so I don't know why I'm mentioning it. Still waiting for food... not sure what else to say... oh wait, the guy who got here before us (so he's been here thirty minutes) just got his food! Maybe we're next! Maybe there's a Michelin-starred chef back there among the deep fryers and the food is going to be amazing. You never know. Well anyway, don't ever come here. If the food does end up tasting like fine gourmet dining I will come back and change my review, but right now it's a solid one star.

  Absolutely disgusting Justin picks his nose and hands customers there’s orders he Complains about how he hates working there Marcus is extremely rude On drive thru cussing out customers begs customers to give good reviews about him and the team , How is this place even allowing people like this to work here the cameras have no audio to prove their behavior avoid this place at all cost !

  If I could rate the service negative stars I would, ive eaten in, gotten take out, and done delivery, and every single time except for the middle of the day, the people in back work extremely slow, and the worst part, they put food on the back shelf out of reach, and refuse to give the food to the LINE OF PEOPLE waiting for their food unless they get their attention and ask for it, and even then, they deliberately avoid making eye contact with the line because they know its there. The drive thru also has the same problem, the line is always packed, not because everyone wants taco bell but because it takes 20 minutes to get your food even in the drive thru
