- TDTJ DunnJan 31, 20261.0If I could rate the service negative stars I would, ive eaten in, gotten take out, and done delivery, and every single time except for the middle of the day, the people in back work extremely slow, and the worst part, they put food on the back shelf out of reach, and refuse to give the food to the LINE OF PEOPLE waiting for their food unless they get their attention and ask for it, and even then, they deliberately avoid making eye contact with the line because they know its there. The drive thru also has the same problem, the line is always packed, not because everyone wants taco bell but because it takes 20 minutes to get your food even in the drive thru
