  There seemed to be one poor guy running the drive thru and the counter but he did great and they were listening to Caramelldansen and I feel this was extremely important and awesome to note.

  while the food was tasty as it usually is, the service i received at this location was some of the worst i’ve ever encountered. there was a women working (heavier set, curly dark hair, working the window and the cashier) and she was so extremely rude to us. never in my life have i gotten on google to write a bad review, but she was genuinely so rude for absolutely no reason. when she handed me my food, there was no drink cup with it so assuming she forgot i politely asked “is it possible to get the cup for my drink?” i realized after i asked that she was already on her way to grab me one and because she aggressively slammed it on the counter and said in an extremely rude and demeaning tone “cant you just wait one second” and stormed off back to the window. like she expected me to be able to read her mind. as someone who also works in food service, even on my worst day i would NEVER speak to a customer let alone any human being in that way. i hope she can fix her attitude because truthfully it makes me never want to come back. everyone else working was kind and cordial and i’m sorry they have to deal with someone like that.

  My friend and I waited for 40 minutes, literally it’s 4pm on a Wednesday, they are not busy, they have served everyone but us. We told them nicely that we’ve been waiting for a while and they still ignored us. I hate to be a Karen but just such awful customer service. Once we got our food, it was cold. I worked at a restaurant for 3 years, it is not that hard.

  One star is far too much to offer this taco bell. Food is disgusting and they will make you wait well over an hour and a half for any food, but don't forget they'll forget your drink too! They claim to be understaffed but there is no one at the counter, handling deliveries, or even remotely concerned with the customer experience. Do not go to this taco bell you're better off going just a few miles away to any other taco bell. Horrible service, horrible at making food, just horrible horrible. They have dashers that aren't being paid hourly like they are btw waiting for two hours and above for any of their orders. Absolute train wreck in there that they claim is due to understaffing but five workers were just hiding in the back doing absolutely nothing to help workers who can't speak English struggling to keep up with the demand.
