Bought delicious deviled egg potato salad and some pulled roast chicken. Almost broke a tooth on a bone in the chicken.

The worst stocking in the history of grocery stores: only dedicates a tiny amount of shelf space to popular items so many are ALWAYS out of stock. I literally haven’t been able to fulfill a shopping list here since before Covid. Also the longest lines of any store in town because they staff a bagger instead of opening a second register.

I ordered online, chose 5 to 6pm for delivery. No sign of delivery. I kept getting up to look out my door. Nothing. Went back on line to see time was changed to something like 6:45 to 7 pm something. Also noted that it was called a flash order, whatever that meant. So, I kept getting up numerous times to see if the order had come. Again, nothing. I was also checking my phone. No calls. I just looked on line again at 8:30 to see that the order was scheduled for 8-9 a.m. Tues. Excuse me? No call. I am not up at 8 am. If I hadn't looked again on line, that order could have sat outside in the sun for I don't know how many hours, and my frozen things would have melted!! (Also, I put in a code I had received, but it was called invalid.) I did manage to change the time to 12-2 pm, but who knows if any "smart" person was around to get the change. Wish me luck.

Mostly complaints for the Pickup. Staff doesn’t even bag the items anymore (except one woman), they just throw items in the trunk and leave when I have bags of bags in there. I have to finish the job for them when I get home. WRONG ITEMS WITH NO NOTICE OF REPLACEMENTS! About to fully stop coming since management doesn’t seem to care enough to stop this. Deals are comparable to King Sooper so choose wisely
