While we just got two totes of hot chocolate, Rich was courteous and professional and the staff at pick up were all friendly. We got a huge Panera bag to carry our order to the event which was super handy. Most of all, the hot chocolate was warmly welcomed by kids and adults at our event. Many thanks and I’ll consider Panera again for a group event.

- JJJackOct 31, 20251.0Did a Too Good To Go order when they were supposed to be open for another hour, but when I got to the restaurant every door was locked at 8pm on a Friday. The manager and workers refused to look at us and give us our bag. Highly disappointing as we saw them with a bag of food from the pick-up counter. Not sure if this is normal behavior for them, but it was again disappointing as this was supposed to reduce food waste in general.

Also the bread has been crap, come to find out panera is switching from fresh baked daily to "par" baked. They quality definitely has been noticed. They also keep the back door locked, which sucks because this parking lot is full all the time. So you have to park far and walk to the farthest possible door.
