Went yesterday to have breakfast and didn’t have too pleasant of an experience. I never got my receipt in the drive through which made the following more difficult.
After confirming I had the right order and paying, I drove up to the pick up window and they didn’t have the wrong order queued up, as me what I ordered, and then had me drive up to the next window where I waited for 5 minutes. Then I had the manager ask what I ordered, and I didn’t even get all my items, they forgot the hash browns for my combo meals, so I had to go in and get them, and they didn’t even give me my egg McMuffin I just got a regular McMuffin.
I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

Worst customer service especially with the pale white guy and short guy on an early Monday morning. They should not only be fired, they have no business working in the restaurant business

Staff treats customers and delivery drivers with absolute disrespect. Too busy talking and joking around with each other to provide customer service. If customers are their problem not to worry, the problems will eventually go away. 👎

They take forever to give you the food and when they do it’s already cold. Got my whole order wrong and just very bad attitude to customers and they r on there phones and they don’t really care about the place and or the customers
