I use the drive-thru and as I'm ordering the worker just doesn't let me finish. I explain to her as I get to the window that I wasn't finished ordering and she rolls her eyes and restarts my order. She doesn't even get it correct the second time and throws attitude when I ask how much the order is since she won't tell me.
It was already disrespectful that she didn't let me finish my order but what's even worse was the attitude I got when I confronted her about it; but also for my order to still not be correct the second time when discussed. I understand working in fast food isn't easy but to have it taken out on you as a customer is frustrating.

I understand that machines go down and this morning they said the app and credit cards were down. That is fine, but to not honor the deals on the App is ridiculous. The manager should be able to adjust the price, especially because today was the last day for the discount. Also, they didn't put any sign on the speakers that said they were only accepting cash, so lots of cars waited in line for nothing. All it would have e take is to write on a piece of paper and tape it to the speaker that they were only accepting cash. Bad ownership/management to not empower your employees. If you cant navigate simple issues to accommodate your customers, well that is a shame, isn’t it? Silver lining: a good reminder of why I stopped going to this location.
