Worst of all, it took 45 minutes to get our food because there were 20 orders ahead of us. No updates, no apologies, just a long wait in a cramped space with nowhere to sit. This was hands-down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in Boulder. Skip this location and find a spot that values its customers and basic cleanliness.
