I placed order through uber eats half/half pizza , they delivered cheese cold ( from the time I got notification that driver is on the way until I got pizza was 40-45 minutes, where driving usually takes 15 minutes), called , told manager that I got wrong order , asked for refund , he said sure , it’s been 14 days and still didn’t receive any refund , called last week 4 times - no help from the manager .
