Normally a fan of Chipotle but the Customer Service at this location sucks! The Cashier was incapable of multitasking and couldn’t even acknowledge mobile order customers waiting to let staff know of our arrival. When I went to go fill my drink, they only had enough of it in the dispenser that I got half of the cup I ordered. I literally had to wave my arms up and down to get a staff member’s attention who finally agreed to go make some in the back but that took another 5 minutes and had their staff been more attentive, I wouldn’t have even had to ask. Most of the time, I was there waiting to pick up my order, I saw the female just standing around back in the office area completely unaware of customers and hiding from them and not wanting to lend a hand. I appreciate the single staff member who offered to make more of my drink but the rest were absolutely awful and I’ll never return to this location after this experience.

Calling the local franchisee - as a fan of Chipotle, I found the restaurant today to be grossly subpar. Barely an open table that didn’t have remnants of prior guests’s food, food/napkinsscattered all across the floor, overflowing trash cans, no ice available, low on forks, etc. Team up front was great, but the environment was off putting to the point of needing a food inspector visit. Just a heads up - you might need to pay a visit to your location.

I was just in at around 2:28 pm on nov 13 and I had the worst service i have ever had in my life. I wanted a bowl on the side of my burrito to put it in to have it as a take out. and the older lady who took my order did not understand what I wanted so I tried to say it again and she still didn’t understand which is fine so the guy at the reg made it make sense to her and the she proceeded to make my burrito with the most attitude ever. She threw everything on it with the most disgust and disrespect and I was still being kind to her and then she wrapped the burrito barley with everything exploded in the wrapper so I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it and i asked for it to be double wrapped and they just gave me a tortilla on the side instead so all I’m saying is please give her a talking to about her attitude and also I would like a refund if possible because it’s almost impossible to eat. Also the food is cold. I genuinely really wouldn’t care, but the attitude and disrespect towards me was absolutely insane. When I walked past to get some napkins, I saw her making other people’s burritos perfectly fine And the dirty looks, I was given while I walked past was also incredibly rude and disrespectful.
(Also side note the staff is usually disrespectful and quick to give an attitude.)
Please consider my thoughts and reach out to this number/ email for a refund.

2 of the last 3 times I went they were out of steak and carne asada 40 minutes before closing. Seems like poor management or pure laziness. It sucks to have what should be reliable be completely unreliable.

I am writing to share my experience as a loyal Chipotle customer. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, and I consistently appreciate the freshness of your food.
However, I've noticed a significant difference in quality across your locations. Specifically, the Chipotle on 28th Street in Boulder stands out as the best I have ever visited in in USA. My family and I frequently try various Chipotle locations throughout the country and none compare to the exceptional quality provided at the 28th Street Boulder location. I've also heard countless others express the same sentiment, with many people driving from as far as neighing cities just to eat there.
This particular Chipotle consistently offers juicier meat and an overall superior dining experience. In contrast, I often find it difficult to finish a burrito from other locations due to a perceived lack of quality, while I could easily enjoy two burritos from the 28th Street location because of its outstanding flavor.
I strongly urge you to investigate the practices at the 28th Street Boulder Chipotle. Perhaps working with the manager of this location could help elevate the quality standards at other nearby Chipotles. Implementing the same standards across all your restaurants, especially regarding meat preparation and overall food quality, would undoubtedly lead to increased customer satisfaction and sales.
