  Wow!! I think that people forget that the team that works here are still people. And dispite the rude and ridiculous customers that come in while I am here is unfortunate. The team here is amazing!! Tonight Leah, Mia, and John were friendly and helpful. They do their best to get us customers what we want and still manage to have great attitudes. You can count on me to be a returning customer!!

  The team here is incredible Mia is so friendly, Ray was very approachable when I needed some help, and Leah i dont think she has a bad bone in her body she is so friendly and always with a smile even when it is stressful for them. I will be back for sure

  I was helped by a gentleman named ray he said he’d be right with me then took 5 minutes in that back and he did not even come back to help me. A young lady by the name of mia had to step in to help me instead.

  Service was okay but slow until checkout. I encountered the person who seemed to be the Lead on the shift. At checkout, she was inputting an order for an enormous group. This was around 1:45pm. There was still a lunch rush and AFTER our food was completed, we waited at checkout for 7-10 min while that order was input. I sighed showing my discontent with the additional time waiting and I was told to, “chill out,” by the female lead as our food was getting cold. As a business owner, I found this to be absolutely despicable. When asked about her actions, I was told to make sure I told the manager about my action of sighing as well. Extremely unacceptable in this setting. No apology for the wait. Food is usually great. Lentils were massively undercooked this visit. Second time into this location and not impressed vs the other Cava locations throughout Colorado.

  Usually I love this place, but today’s experience was really disappointing. Considering how expensive it is, I expected much better quality. The rice was so undercooked it was crunchy, and the chicken was extremely spicy to the point it was almost inedible. They were also out of steak, which was frustrating. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location after this visit.
