Worst place. I ordered green chili bagels and they were all burnt out. Manager himself made the bagels and packed, didn’t even think before packing that how can someone eat this. I would never recommend this place.

Every worker here seemed to not be working or not know how to make a bagel. First thing after we ordered, we asked if we could get our points through the app, the worker said it was too late because it had to be before we payed, so that sucked. We wish they couldve asked before. Then it took like 20 minutes to get two bagels, even though we were the only ones in the establishment. We got close to the register to see if they had forgotten our order or something but no, they were making them just very very slow, even though 3 people were making two bagels, a man and two girls. It almost seemed like they were taking turns doing every step. But anyways, we waited a little more and at the end, the male employee (or manager maybe) put our bagels in the counter without telling us it was there, and this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t that we had turned our backs away from them now. So it took us another minute to realize they were ready. At this point there was another person here as well so wanted to make sure it was our bagels, we asked a person there if it was the chorizo sunrise bagels and he kind of ignored us and answered very quietly so we just opened the bag to double check it was ours. Overall, just really bad service, staff seems unhelpful and just dreading to work. We will probably avoid this specific store from now on.

This location needs a massive over haul. I have given it multiple chances to improve and all my visits have been long waits, unfriendly staff (besides Bea) and dirty conditions. Sad to see this happening because this store has so much potential.

Great experience! I placed a catering order online for a work event and arrived over 15 minutes early—everything was already prepared and ready to go. The management team was incredibly friendly, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!
Went there around 6:45 this morning to pick up my online order. The guy there, who appeared to be the one in charge, told me they were just finishing it up. It soon became clear that he was lying; at least 10 minutes went by before they even started making it. I’ve worked in restaurants and understand that sometimes you get busy and orders take longer than expected, but there were only a couple other customers there, and there’s no reason not to be honest about it. It’s disrespectful not to be. I won’t be back.
