Ran out of cheese??? Denied so many peoples orders. I ordered a kids meal and they “ran out of kids chips” so VOLUNTARILY gave me the big sized chips yet charged me for them??? When I asked why it wasn’t kid meal prices they said “cause it’s big bag of chips” why should I have to pay more because you can’t keep up with the volume of even have CHEESE!!!! Ridiculous. Also your soda machine never has carbonation boooooo do better

You’d think the location on 28th street would be worse than this one since it’s typically way more crowded, but it’s not. Even though there’s rarely a line at this location the food still manages to be worse. I have had multiple experiences at this location where my rice was undercooked, crunchy, and cold. Stay clear of this one and wait the extra 10 minutes in line at the 28th street chipotle for better food.

Not: "Ready for Revenue". This is a common refrain in the restaurant industry when getting your team prepped to open the doors each day. All staff members are in their places, make line is stocked, cashier is ready, ice machine is full, etc. Well, Chipotle on the CU Hill was not ready today about 30 minutes after opening. Lots of employees moving about. But not a sole on the front line. The money maker. As I, the solo person in line, stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me...one of the employees even made her own lunch or snack down the food line. Didn't glance up at me OR say "we'll be with you in a minute". I stood there for 4 to 5 minutes longingly looking around hoping someone would step forward. Finally someone did. She ably made my bowl, put a lid on it and placed it at the end of the make table. Then she turned and walked away to help another person who had appeared at the beginning of the food table. I, again, stood there looking around the place as employees walked by...over to the delivery/carryout window, or pack a catering order, cook chicken, stir some dressing up...anything but look at me standing at the till ready to pay. Eventually the one person now working the entire front make line finished an elaborate burrito for the customer behind me and came over to take my payment. I've never seen a Chipotle operate like this. Certainly not the "FAST Casual" restaurant founded by Steve Els. Please do better for your frequent customers...or I won't be.

I got a nice chicken burrito at this location however I was disturbed by the very large pieces of red onion in my guacamole. Truly atrocious one was as long as my index finger! It created quite the hassle whilst consuming my burrito and made me lose track of where I was during the process of eating it. I honestly left feeling dazed confused and reeking of onion!
